About Sergei Martens
Sergei Martens has been working with Oracle since 1998. He started as developer in Oracle Forms and Designer and became chief technical officer at Stadsbeheer B.V. in 2005.
Since 2008, he has worked as an independent contractor and specialized in Oracle Application Express. Sergei has a special interest in user interface design, trends (what is hot and what is not), and how to make a modern and user-friendly web application.
In 2013 and 2014, he was speaker at the Dutch APEX Congress. In 2013, he spoke about how to build Ext JS applications in APEX. In 2014, he spoke about how to build a mobile (tablet) application in APEX and used the application he built for the Dutch government as an example.
